Crate Games
Crate Games was developed by Susan Garrett. This class teaches Crate Games cocepts in a 4-week class giving the student enough time to practice each part and feel comfortable before moving to the next. Crate Games is an excellent class for the dog that does not feel comfortable in his crate or cannot relax in his crate and gets anxious being crated. It is also an important and excellent class for anyone wanting to do agility with their dog. Agility requires good impulse control so that your dog will stay focused on you and not what's going on outside of the ring. Good impulse control is required for your dog to not get the zoomies when it's his turn and to not choose to make up his own course. Agility also requires a dog to have speed and passion to get through the course quickly. Crate Games works on Impulse Control, Speed and Passion and can then be combined with Agility equipment to bring the two together. A must for anyone truely interested in competing in Agility.
